The Challenge
The challenge was to create a campaign to attract creative STEM talent and highlight the
company employee value proposition.
Create a campaign to attract creative STEM talent to the company, and at the same time, highlight the EVP that the company offers to its employees. For them, a video, graphic and RRSS campaign was developed for the Spanish, Portuguese and LATAM markets. The international campaign was carried out under the same umbrella concept: The Digital Lovers, which was very well received both nationally and internationally.
